All JOLAS brand or custom items are shipped within 7-10 business days from the day the order is received. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Any questions regarding your shipment can be directed to information@jolastees.com or 832-496-3494.

Shipping Cost
All items purchased have a flat shipping rate of $4.95 to $8.00 depending on the items. All purchases of $50 or more will receive free shipping. We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States. Tax will be charged where applicable and will show up in your final total before the completion of payment.

To request custom graphic T-shirt designs shown on our website, or your unique design please send an inquiry to information@jolastees.com or call 832-496-3494. Custom orders must be 10 shirts minimum.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Return Policy:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your graphic T-shirt order for whatever reason, we're an online clothing store, here to help! We offer refunds or exchanges on regular priced JOLAS brand items within 30 days of receiving your order. All unique custom made to order graphic designs, all sales are final. However, JOLAS brand regular priced merchandise can be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase or an exchange for a different JOLAS brand product, equal to or greater the amount of the original item purchased.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
· Discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged
· Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
· Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
